Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for your use of HaikuOne and for complying with applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with service integrity.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Trial
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, the subscription converts to a paid auto-renewing subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Pricing and Changes
Subscription prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store before purchase. Apple may adjust pricing according to App Store policies.
Intellectual Property
HaikuOne, including app design and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own written content.
Limitation of Liability
HaikuOne is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. These terms remain applicable to prior use.
