HaikuOne is developed by Apostolos Samaras and designed as a privacy-first journaling app. This page explains what information may be processed when you use HaikuOne and how it is used.
When you use HaikuOne, you may provide content such as haikus, mood selections, and writing metadata (for example dates and writing frequency).
Subscriptions and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store. HaikuOne does not process your full payment card details directly.
HaikuOne does not sell your personal data. Haiku content is stored only on your device in the current version. No third-party analytics or crash SDKs are used; only Apple's platform-level services may process technical diagnostics.
Your entries remain available to you inside the app until you delete them. You can remove entries at any time and export data manually using the app's export functionality.
A future version is planned to support iCloud saving so users can avoid data loss and keep their data tied to their own account.
HaikuOne does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
For privacy questions, users can contact the developer through the app using Contact Support.
